Position: Physical Therapist Assistant 

Our company is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong interest in orthopedics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing orthopedic issues, treating patients with orthopedic conditions and performing orthopedic tests. This is the perfect opportunity to work with a skilled medical team and be a part of a growing organization that places an emphasis on patient interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Use equipment such as exercise bikes, treadmills, and needed strengthening equipment.
  • Assist with physical therapy treatment.
  • Communicate with doctors about patient progress. Read medical records.
  • Perform clerical work in physical therapy clinics.
  • Take and process patient information.
  • Work well in a treatment team with frequent communication on patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Illinois.
  • Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to document patient progress and treatment effectively.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including assisting patients with exercises and movements.

Position: Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech/Aide)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Technician to join our growing team. This role is vital in supporting our Physical Therapists and assisting our patients throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in the preparation of treatment plans.
  • Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
  • Provide direct support to patients with scheduling and insurance questions 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in physical therapy and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.

Position: Front Desk Reception

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations. The ideal candidate will be a focal point of interaction for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient patient reception and discharge.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Train and supervise PT techs/aides, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve patient services and operational efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, and report preparation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance in medical setting
  • Experience in physical therapy setting is a plus
